Infaeronik is involved in several offshore wind park development and maintenance projects. For the first largest scale commercial offshore wind parks in Germany, we contributed to analyze actual data of project and provided an realistic project plan for installation of foundations(tripods), sea-cables, wind-turbines; their commissioning, trials, retrofits, reworks and maintenance. We introduced first time a completely integrated dynamic project plan with weather restriction simulation for multiple vessels working in sea on different tasks with different limitations.
Infaeronik has been involved in providing management consulting to several OEMs in offshore wind-energy sector. The know-hows developed in first offshore wind farms are used extensively for cost and resource optimization in later projects. We are also providing consultancy in delay or extension of time analysis to our clients at several points related to claim management.
Infaeronik is provided training for creating optimum schedules in software like MS-Project and Primavera for all phases of a wind farm development and maintenance. We helped our clients in automation of reporting and progress measurement for efficient monitoring and steering all works packages.
